I still think Ford should offer a 5.0 version. Between the harcore desert runners and the V8 guys I think it would create more sales.

I'm also pretty sure Ford is happy with the sales of the Raptor. If they weren't they would have introduced a v8 or whatever they felt like they needed to make based on *gasp* market research, already.

Sorry mate raptors are not difficult to find, at least not in GA. AKINS FORD is offering $4k discount for loaded raptors in all kind of colors. I am not being an ass, just trying to help folks. Dealers lie and create false scarcity. Don't believe the common word used by them that "Raptors are flying off the shelf". It's lie!

They aren't hard to find at all. In certain regions, it may be difficult to find one at MSRP, but Raptors in general are not hard to find. Now if you're one of the 5% looking for a SCAB, difficulty goes up. Short of that though, they are quite easy to find/order.
