I have left one of my trip odometers run for around 5,300 miles. It's at 17.5

I did a couple day trip to the outer banks the other week. Including the running around down there I averaged 19.4 for the entire trip. On the trip home I reset one of the trip odometers and averaged 20.4 That's at 70 - 80 mph highway speeds, small amount of traffic lights and caught in stop and go traffic a few times. Quite a bit better mileage than my 13' FX4 Screw did with the ecoboost. Needles to say I'm extremely happy with the mileage.

16.6 on average in the Gen 2 with 2k miles on the odo. That is what I was getting in my 6.2 Gen 1. Not that impressed by the fuel milage really but it is a hell of a lot faster than my Gen 1 so it's a wash.

I am averaging 12.4 mpg's since I got it about 800 miles ago... I am having fun though and not worrying about mpg's.

I'm right at 14.0mpg. Pretty much exactly the same as my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. The main differences are the Raptor is way faster and a lot more fun to drive on roads.

Touche'. I'll hand-calculate vs. the display at my next fill up.

I finally filled up again (love that 36 gallon tank)... 17.0 according to the display, 15.4 per hand calculation. Mixed driving, mostly trips of 10 miles or less at a time. All in regular mode.

I can't say I purchased the GEN2 to save money on fuel.
I'm enjoying what I have!

For the people getting 17 and above - did you follow any special break-in procedures?
