Ok lets recap with a few things..
First after extensive evaluation I determined that my run hot condition was being caused be all the crap I had in front of the radiator ..
The first problem was the amber light on the bumper.

This is with a strobe light.

As you can see the air is being pushed up by the light. This is at only 25mph. Solution.?? French the light down into the bumper..

This is what we started with.

Also made a nice little front mount for my quick disconnect flag.

Ok we had the bumper off so we took the time to add a few reinforcements...
First if you have had to deal with your toe ring bolts you no you have to leave a bolt in at all times or risk having the nuts slid down the rail..Then you have to remove the bumper to retrieve them.. Simply tack them in.

Next I have seen the bumer mount plates bend and brake off the frame horn.To help with this we just finished welding where Ford stopped and add a few bars..

Grind up both sides and burn it all in..

Make up a few 45's and burn them in.. (this does fit perfect. Im holding the camera the part and trying to keep my hand out of the way.thats why it looks crooked LOL)

This will help to keep the plate from braking off the frame and sliding up the rail in the event of a hard impact..
I really don't have them concerns anyway because my SDHQ bumper has boxed caps in it to prevent that but more is always better..

Gotta love Michigan .. My truck will bleed mud for the rest of it's life..The plane is to sand blast and re powder the bumper

On to the pass. side. As with the other side the main goal is to get everything that doesn't need to be in the air stream out of it for maximum airflow thru the radiator. This bracket holds the remote oil filter and the Hella horns. These horns must be mounted with the thin brackets that come with them..This is how they are tuned. Also make sure the horns and brackets are not touching anything as this will detract from their performance.
Please don't mind the wiring it's not cleaned up yet.

Make sure things are square on the truck and tack.

How do you like the hella horns, they don't sound to importish do they? I have a set that I never used that were for an import I sold. I have toyed with the the idea of using them on the truck.

By the way the dogs look like they have just done something bad!
