Adding “reboot” to diagnostics heh, I should know it’s worth trying after doing it on Windows forever. Hope that cures it.

Ha, yeah. I had to do some other work and it "magically" fixed itself. We will see if it lasts. I'm glad it did though. I have to drive about 2000 miles over the next 4 days so doing that trip with the wiper relay pulled and then having to jump out and put it back in if its rains didnt sound fun...

Closing out this update. Wiper issue came back. Took it to Ford and they determined it was the multi function switch. There is a TSB about it. TSB 15-0061 WINDSHIELD WIPERS CONTINUE TO OPERATE IN LOW INTERMITTENT WHEN THE SWITCH IS IN THE OFF POSITION.
