I have a 2011 with 90k miles. The transmission slipped while trying to shift into 6th. It happened twice during the span of maybe 5mins. Should I be worried?

Are you positive it was a trans slip? There are several things that can mimic a slip. I had a coil start going bad on my old f150. It only misfired periodically when locked up in OD at low rpm. Not bad enough to trigger the CEL. Had the dealer do a stress test on the coils to find which coil was bad. I'd look for latent codes before jumping into the trans.

It's a pita, but you could check your transmission level and look for signs of leaks under neath or by the tranny cooler. Are you the original owner?

This is the Blackstone Labs report for the trans fluid in my 2011 screw with 148xxx miles. The sample had about 20K miles on it, and was taken the day after I bought it home.
