Raptor was not made in 2016, so verify the application. There was no f150 6.2l in that year so it is likely different. What the differences are it is hard to say, need to know what the actual model of vehicle it came out of is. Most likely it came from a super duty truck, and those convertors are very different they used the 6r140 rather than the 6r80, and will not fit.

If it is from a 2016 f150 5.0 it MAY work, but verification is needed.

The 6R80 pump gear (and torque converter) changed in vehicles produced after may of 2014. You can use the 5.0 or even the 3.5 ecoboost converter as long as it was a 2011-early 2014 production.

I wasn't aware the ecoboost convertor worked. I think the mustang convertor has a little higher stall (or will in the much heavier truck), shouldn't hurt anything though since it is a lockup convertor.

You are correct. The Mustang converter would work too. I'm thinking there will be more truck converters available in Oman than Mustang units though.
