Thats weird man. Were the bushings in the LCA good? Ball joints could do it too I guess, do you have any abnormal tire wear?

tire wear looks good
tires are pretty new maybe since ! January looking goodish...

bushings look decent - no major cracking
Lower Balls replaced ~2 months ago with strut rebuild replacement

what is odd... replaced outer tie rods both sides -
still ran fairly straight.. still had clunks..
only after inner ties replaced did the right drift start ...

this is before strut cleanup and after CV, Hub, IWE Delete work

Complete list:
CV Axles, Dorman IWE Del, Timkin wheel Bearing Kit, shock Rebuild Front(MidPerch), Inner Moog, Outer Tie rods MotorCraft, Moog Sway Bar Links, Strut Mounts and Isolators (Remove 2" readylift levelingkit)- then set mid-perch because they were never set when springs moved to rebuilt set.
Rotors & Pads, New Lug Nuts - complaints about rounded edges from a shop

UCA and LCA new bushings only thing left
Moog UCA cost effective ..
Lower wonder if shops can press new bushings / just more cost effective to replace.

-------

Still the assessment of reverse cross is interesting and yup its a new alignment system but think they're slamming them out and its a little more tricky... not sure what shop might have a clue - has now been through 2 bigger shops .. with very little
