Truck runs great now, shifts perfectly, battery is brand new. I guess the truck was in "limp mode". Working on a deal now, trading in my 08 Cherokee SRT8. Truck is at $37,500 firm, getting $31,500 for my SRT. Deal or no deal for a 2010 with 58,000 miles?

A dealer near me just sold a loaded 2011 Screw with 28k miles for $43k. That's $5500 more than the one your looking at, has half the miles, and some warranty left on the power train. I think if you can up your budget a little you could get into a better truck.

Terrible experience at dealer. Never going back. Was on my way to make the deal and they called stating "they couldn't give me $31,500 for my cherokee, only $28,000, buyer backed out." Sounded like they were playing me from the start. May not be joining the ranks after all. I've found much better bang and practicality for my buck elsewhere with different trucks. Just wasn't meant to be.
