Not shifting into any gears

Just had this happen today.

problem:
No gears shifting into D, R or M upon vehicle starting. happens on vehicle restart.

solution for now.
Resetting TCM via cobb. Gears back after reset.

extra info:
cobb, goosetuned e85 and TCM tune.
battery is still original factory, 2020.
also noticed my alarm went off randomly once, 15 seconds after locking the truck.
No codes read via accessport.
Charging the battery tonight. Charger indicates it has 80% in it.

To do for now:
I'll pick up an Odyssey Extreme No.65 tomorrow.

Any thoughts suggestions on what else I should be looking at?

After a few seconds when the rpms drop.

Retest after the new battery goes in. Raptors are real finicky with voltage.

There have been reports of a no shift if thrown into gear with 2 seconds of starting.
