Sony Stereo stuck at "Maximum Volume"

No audio comes out, try to turn the volume up or down and it just sits there. Pretty sure it is the amp, but has anyone else run into this?

Try pulling the NAV fuse.

Mine does that sometimes. It shows music is playing but no audio. I have to hold the power button to reset the stereo or turn the truck off and open a door. It works after that.

Mine got stuck not at full volume, but pretty damn loud on the reggae channel when I was off-roading. lol.

I had to turn the truck off, open the door and sit there about ten minutes and it all reset itself.

The amp fuse was blown, and as I suspected pretty sure the amp is toast given that when I tried a new fuse it blew before I could get it fully seated.
