S2 frenched into bumper

I will never pull a trailer that has backup lights so I just clipped and used it for the reverse lights. I also ran the wiring harness to a upfitter switch. I have a base raptor so I don’t know about the tech trailer stuff, but no warning about a trailer and all trailer lights work on my small landscape trailer.

Has anyone put a red pod light in the bumper, instead of doing a white reverse light, I was told that you can’t splice into the break lights though, any info would be appreciated
