Threw the truck in sport mode today trying to have a little fun and the shifts were really rough/jumpy and it seemed to be short shifting. I just had the cam phasers replaced, do not know if that has anything to do with it. Does the truck need a tune or is this a transmission issue? Seems to shift smooth in normal mode. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like it has to relearn again. When I had to have my center differential replaced the sport mode shifting was all wacked out until I put a few miles on it.

The 10 speed is a bit rough at times, and a TCM tune takes care of it. I'm sure the TCM was reset with the phaser replacement. Drive in sport and it will relearn and smooth out. To be fair, I didn't know there was a normal mode on the Raptor.
