I am missing center-line and active guidelines on my reverse camera. I've seen photos of the Raptor camera showing the black dotted line in the center and the blue active guidelines when turning the wheels, but I've never seen them on mine (2013 model). What am I missing? Is there a setting I need to turn on, a software update I need to get, or some other explanation???

Thanks in advance for any help!

Take it to the dealer. Check syncmyride.com to make sure you have the latest update. Might need to reinstall just to reset everything. It is Microsoft.

Hey, everyone -

With the latest software (3.6.2), the rear view camera guidelines are set to ON by default.

If anyone has additional questions or wants to check their software version, shoot me a PM.

No sir. I have a 2011. Use the arrow/OK pad on the left side of the steering wheel:
- Go to Settings
- Select Driver Assist
- Select Rear View Camera
- Select Guidelines
- Select FIXED

I'm confused. Do you have fixed or active guidelines?
