Mine is an ‘18 Velocity Blue 802a which I specifically ordered without the stickers and chose the appliqué delete. From the flares and hood, it’s obvious that it’s a Raptor and I wanted to be a little different from the majority. I did change the blue/chrome oval to a custom painted badge since that was the only chrome on my truck. Sorry for the crappy pic.

finally found a red 802 without it. not a but fan for the f150 stamp but it looks pretty good. not an easy decision

I would definitely want the applique if I were in the market for a Gen 2. It's just one of the many Raptor characteristics that set it apart from other trucks on the road (my $.02)

Did not get it on my 18 Leadfoot. Figured it would just fill with dust and be a pain to wash out. I don't miss it a bit.

I ordered my 2017 SCAB with the applique & think it looks way better than those with the blue badge which seems out of place, especially on red IMO. I also have the tailgate step & bed extenders which I use all the time. The extenders are great for keeping groceries & other items from sliding around & also fold against the sides when not needed.

I have a Ruby Red 2018 802a. I have the appliqué and the built in step. The appliqué is a must for me. It part of what the Raptor is. It is color matched with the bumper and fender flares. To me, it screams bad ass. But, that’s my humble thoughts. You have to do what you like for you.
