GEN 1 Question about chase rack

Hello, wonder if RPG offroad ran out of business? since i got a chase rack for my gen 1, then all of the sudden they do not answer the phone or reply the emails

My problem was i ordered a
This exact same Recovery gear mount for my gen 1

But, i got a gen 2 recovery gear mount

I contact them, regarding my problem of a wrong item, but the only reply was We change the design a year ago for the gen 1.
If you check gen 1 suspension kit on their webpage, what you see is the gen 1, so why they sent a totally diff part most likely to be a gen 2 part.

Very unprofessional on their behalf.

Beside that issue, got this one too from them. Not answer yet.

Hello, need help. If someone in california can double check if RPG are answering the phone let me know.

Looks like they rather do one time business than help a costumer, but they turned back and i have to fix that problem by my own.

Would you like to buy on amazon a pair of nikes you see on the picture, but you get delivered a pair of boots? You reply back and no one answer.
