Early 18 build... Cracked oil pan that was leaking.
Nothing yet. Knock on wood. I've had mine for almost 2 years.

5/12/17 build with about 31k miles now, no leaks.
first pan leaked.... second pan leaked.... FINGERS CROSSED FOR #3
at 10k mile oil changes... I basically put on a new pan every oil change!!!!!!!
Except its more like I notice the leak when I do my own oil change, so then have to take it to a dealer so they can dump out my synthetic, change the pan, put in reg, and not change the filter! Thanks ford!!!
(once I bitched enough and they put in synth)
... And hopefully changed to a new filter for you!
thats a big fat negative!
I have the 2018 with the plastic pan. Just got my second leak fixed. 9k on the odometer. Minor inconvenience at most. My dealership does a pretty good job of taking care of it for me. Also gives me chance to get the service bulletins taken care of while its there.
Don't get me wrong, I wish it wasn't an issue at all, but definitely not that big of a deal at no charge for the replacement.
32K miles on my 2017 so far and no leaks yet.
Minor for now. Wait until you have a leaker out of warranty... That won't be a bill you want to pay. The metal pan conversion for the late 18 and 19 is not an easy change. And the dealership won't change over to it for us.
Twice...same issue....second time was out of service for almost 2 months waiting for a part....
