here, on frf
morning..........

thats the way to do it. drive it for a while to see what mods you need/are important. never a good idea to go modding without getting a feel for the truck first. ( unless you are going the tint, ppf, bed cover route) if you get 20s we will kick you in the nuts. if you post a new thread to ask about ppf, tint, bedcovers, tires and rims, we will kick you in the nuts. if you post a new thread to ask about shocks and springs we will kick you in the nuts. if you post about how much we suck, we will kick you in the nuts. other than that, MORNING..........

Got it! Avoid nut kicks at all costs...thanks for the heads up.

No, just tints and bed cover on the agenda, for now.

Tint is understandable, especially in our neck of the woods. It’s May, we’re fixin’ to go from bake to broil here pretty soon.

Definitely do some work on hardening the truck against easy theft. The lock cylinder/door handle, maybe a console safe? The F series is notoriously easy to break into and the cartels have bounties on super crew trucks incentivizing their theft. SAPD does nothing for stolen vehicles other than note the VIN and and give you a report number for insurance. once powered up, they navigate to sync settings and do a master reset. It takes less than 10 seconds and disables on board GPS. Get an alarm with a kill switch.

My buddy just had his F-250 Tremor stolen from in front of his house, but he was able to track it. Cops found the kids on 35S heading towards Laredo, and I'm sure into Mexico. My wife and I cleared out the other garage last night and we were able to park it in there. Gotta get some kind of tracking system on it, and the kill switch is an excellent idea. Thank you!
