My truck is a 2012 with 37,000 miles. Ford wouldn't cover it. Figures. I am lucky that I have a buddy that owns a glass business. He come and fixed it while I was at work on Friday. I also got in trucks apps and turned off the defroster on remote start. I will never use it again!

Used mine on the way home tonight. Rear windows were iced over. Wouldn't let me activate it for about 5 minutes after I set off for home. Finally reached down and turned it on and it worked flawlessly. Is this issue 2012+?

Just happened to me. Its a 2010 with 34,500 miles. talked to dealership said it wouldn't be covered under bump to bumper. Such BS. Anyone had any luck with there warranties covering. I have the extended ford "premium" warranty and going to go to dealership in person and fight for it.
