As I stated earlier, I do think you can get 500whp on a Dynojet (not a mustang dyno) based on the fact I have seen 450+ whp dyno #s from essentially tune-only trucks. It doesn't seem like CAI's do much of anything & the stock air intake is quite good. I think going crazy w/ bigger turbos - while it'll definitely get you to 500whp & then some - is extreme & not needed.....very curious to what the OP's end results are, but I do think a very good tune combined w/ downpipes & turbo adapters + methanol injection will break the 500whp mark
