I never engage 4 HI over 40mph. Never heard any clunking.

My 4x4 will clunk (at times) if I'm on the move or if theres torque on the drivetrain. 95% of the time I engage my 4x4 at a stop in neutral to ease the hubs and t-case in. Drivetrain shit gets expensive when things wear out.

yeah i was going about 15-20mph laying off the gas, clicked it in to 4HI, the screen said 4HI, i hit the gas and CRUNCH, SLAM . Basically the course of events ^^
