Leaf Spring Busing Life

How often do you guys replace leaf spring and shackle bushings? I put deavers on about 80-90k ago and i can't really notice anything out of the ordinary, but i'm just wondering for general maintenance. Is it possible to replace the shackle bushings without removing the entire leaf pack? The bushings are pretty cheap but working with leafs is a bit of a pain but if i can support the axle and just pull the shackle it may not be too bad. Thoughts?

Deavers should have polyurethane bushings and do not need replacement. Maybe some lube. Rubber bushings are a different story and should replaced when they blow out or become too dry.
