I had a dealer email me he has 3 37PP in stock so I asked a dumb question , how much ! 120k , the dealership is 15 minutes from my house but didn’t make the trip . This Sh** is ridiculous ! I would pay a reasonable ADM . I have a 19 Raptor with 10k miles I know I can get a ton of money for it on trade

Tell him you'll take it if he gives you $100k in trade. Or whatever number makes it work for you. He asks a lot, you ask a lot.
