From the reading/research I've done I have a guess, seeing what the masses say.

I went for 19 over 18 and probably did so at a bigger difference than $2.5k. I think its worth it. The shocks are a big upgrade, both on and off road. There are some other upgrades as well, 4G hotspot, and the gauges are improved. BL wheels are different, and the blue recaro seats are available. You can decide if you like those or not.
