Well I got a RPG Raceline shipped in Raw metal and decided to convert it to a winch bumper and add/ tweak it a bit more.
I had a new custom built wider and thicker Aluminum skid plate laser cut to add a bit more protection to the underside.
Added some Aluminum laser cut claw side panels to block/ re-direct some of the wind/ air flow away from entering that area. The extra wind was pushing in my wheel liners and causing more drag thus reducing aerodynamics and increasing fuel consumption.
I've been doing longer trips for events and figured this would be a bonus on increasing my fuel economy again.
With adding the winch in the center I decided to close off the 2 smaller holes to make it look more uniform.
This will all be powder coated Satin Black and I believe I will do the skid plate in a deep Red tone again.
I will also be welding some light tabs to the top to add my new KCHiLites 30" bar plus add a mounting point for my dune flag.
Also in the side panels were the straight cut slots are there will be an amber covered cube added to the back to act as a fog light/ driving light.
On my winch I will be adding a Factor 55 ProLink in Red and removing my hook to give it a cleaner look.

Thoughts on this build so far?

Roger, strikingly the bare metal looks good. So can only imagine how sharp it will look once you get some color on it.
Are you going with the red prolink factor 55?

Since you are ditching the recovery hooks, do you plan on adding one? That's my only gripe about aftermarket bumpers. Not many retain the hooks or have any of their own. I know from experience that it complicated the recovery when you don't have a change attachment point. I know you have the winch, but know your not suppose to use it to "yank" on.
