I think the rules vary from state to state. I read somewhere that in Texas, so long as it has never been titled and has less than 3,000 miles on it, it can be sold as "new." FWIW, my truck is a 2011, purchased Jan 2011, and was delivered by truck-carrier overnight with 15 miles already on it.

My next question will be "who has a new Raptor with hood and/or side box graphic and had mileage less than 10 miles when took delivery?"

I had 21 and the avg mpg was 2.1. It was either flogged hard or sat around idling forever. Either way, it was nice to have almost nothin on it. I bought an F-150 in 07 and it had 50-something miles on it after being driven to my dealership. Paperwork said in the twenties. So when I got my Raptor I thought nothing of it. I figured it was about normal if it were to be pulled for testing.

12 when I took it for a test drive and 16 when I signed the paperwork. It didn't take me long to decide to buy.
