Hello everyone!

As I will be moving in february from Germany to Detroit and really need a Raptor, I have some questions...
What will be cheaper a '12 oder a '13? What will a '13 SCrew cost me? As I am new to buying cars in the US, I don't know what additional costs will hit me, when I buy a new one?
And does anyone know a good dealer in Detroit Metro?

Thanks!
Malte

It's not in Detroit it's way up in beautiful northern mi. But they give like 2500 to 3000 off. It's called fox motors in charlevoix mi. Ask for Kelly trammel.

But will cost u probably around 52 to 60 thousand depending on the options you get.

Thanks for the help!
So I hope to get one around invoice...
But there are some (to an US citizen) stupid questions:
What willl additional Uncle Sam charge me? like tax (can I advoide that or some?), gas guzzler tax or something else...

I assume you are asking this question because you are not a US citizen?

I don't think Ford will not sell the Raptor to non US citizens, especially if you plan to take it our of the country.

Thanks for the help!

I will be staying in the country for at least 3 years...
so Ford should sell me a car, right?

I just don't know what additional cost will be charged when buying new.

Then yes, you can buy a Raptor. You have to pay sales tax in the state that you reside in. Though you may be exempt from this if for example you work for the state department. There will be other fees like registration and title but they will be a small fee, prob less then $100 U.S. Dollars.

You will have to get a Drivers License for the state you are registering the Raptor in, and then its just a normal process from there.
