Heated Steering option to be installed by dealer at no extra cost to customers!

Is this true, ford is installing the heated Steering to 2023 customers who didn't get it due to part shortage.

Yup mine was built in May… I feel this. Has anyone seen anything about options for newer trucks? Maybe a paid retrofit?
