same thing happened with me - 2 weeks ago I called FP and asked (got 7/19) then next day the dealer calls me and says congrats you have a build week (8/9) and a vin ...
the most conflicting congratulatory message ever

Is the only way to see if your build date has changed to call those guys? I hate to keep bothering them.

Could you share the best number to reach the Ford Performance Customer Service?

this is a known issue buddy - don't stress haha, happened to me too... 801A + 37 PP defaults to Add Ford Applique so we're good.
