It's a truck straddled across a median (never a good sign) on fire.
For all your know the passengers were smoking and carrying open gasoline cans - or had a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 overheat on top of the load of fireworks the driver was stocking up for July 4th.

But to be safe you should trade your Rappy in ASAP.

Uh, those were Note 7's, my Note 8 is super safe and has never been reported to have started any fires on planes or in Raptors.
