For those who haven't seen, Cobb's other markets are in an uproar over features they are removing from their software to comply with the EPA. I don't think much of this affects Raptors too negatively but be aware that you'll be losing some functionalities soon, especially if you're using your accessport to turn off DTCs for things like catless downpipes.

I know tons of guys are jumping ship in the Subaru, Mazda and Nissan communities to switch to other tuning options. What other options are there for us? If we ever want flex fuel in the future, it won't be coming from Cobb.

Cobb isn’t stopping all flex fuel support, they’re stopping it when if it’s implementation modifies or otherwise defeats factory installed emissions equipment, as it does for Subarus. It’s frustrating and sad, but shouldn’t affect the Raptor platform much. The only thing for the Raptor is you won’t be able to turn off the cel with a tune if you’re catless. As long as you have catted downpipes it shouldn’t be an issue.
