Backup camera error

I have an '11, and had NAVTV installed, but it caused issues with the nav system and was taken out, except for backup camera....well backup camera froze at Snoball and I am getting error each time I put it reverse...

My question is how do I get rid of this error, can't find anything in settings

I've gotten this message a couple of times. 2011 scab with LockPick. I believe it is a loose cable/wire from the back up camera. I haven't had time to pull the dash apart.

I will double check the connections again...but if it's a hardware issue with the camera....how do u stop the camera from attempting to come on?
