Like 911Crazy said, we need more info on the truck. Without knowing more, and assuming its a nicely equipped 802A, I'm with Corona - offer $65k.

You mention nothing about they are offering you for your trade. Most likely, you're going to lose several thousand on the deal. Keep your truck and go spend the money half the money saved and the other half in an Gen 3 savings fund.
