AFE Intake & Tune

So I was just wondering if you get any of the AFE Intakes do they require a tune with it?

No tune is required for any of the aFe Power intakes.

That said, very rarely will they throw a CEL, we can help you get in contact with aFe to get the added piece that will eliminate the issue.

Question for y’all! With the AFE Magnum force stage 2. The little white tube fitment. What some are calling air vent or turbo vent. Is that necessary. I have a guy that’s selling me on but is missing that piece. Is it necessary or is something going to go wrong without it?

If it’s the tiny plastic sensor insert then yes it prevents a CEL unless you have a tune installed

Yep double check their instructions as the direction the longer end backs to is important to slow airflow for the sensor so it doesn’t trigger
