Well another day (and a wash today) and they are drying out but my passenger side has mud in it and both have about 1/8" of muddy water in the bottom. Got streaks happening too. Warranty issue or can I take these apart and clean?

Take it in for warranty, that shouldn't happen.
It's a lot of work to open these lights.

Take them out of the truck, turn them upside down to dump the water out then, blow with compressed air and let dry overnight out of the truck. Run a bead of clear silicon around the seals. Reassemble and throw a few desiccant packs in the hole where the bottom bulb goes. Been down this road and no issues since.

Did you take your lights out for something and not install the bulb plugs all the way?

Never have messed with the headlights ever. I noticed when I was at the car wash bay they completely fogged up 100% and since have cleared up some. Weather is dropping the next two days, down to the 30's and with rain.

I would take them in.
