6.2 SuperCrew Raptor vs Chevy and Dodge

I am sure that he means that he will be doing this on a track. Street racing is bad. But if he were going to do this on a track, what is the best way. Shift to "M" and do it from there?

I love my raptor the thing is a monster! BUT!! From the factory I kinda thought it was a dog drag racing, after getting rid of the throttle lag from the factory with the help of mike from five star tuning it's a completely different truck, now I will never back down. Open the cut out and let'r buck

11raptor6.2 what kind of tuner are you running? I was kind of thinking the same thing in the dog department of how my 12 raptor runs. Coming out of a powerstroke with some work done to it and into this is like night and day. A friend of mine with a performance shop says the tuner will really make a difference, but i was wondering what your opinion was with the 6.2 tuned. Because of the throttle lag it really feels like i can only get this thing to run when the shifter is in M and foot is to the floor.

No "M" in the 2010's?? Its on the shifter below the "D".

Love manual shifting. Makes the truck respond so much better. ON my '11 it's just a position on the shifter and then you have shifter buttons on the shifter itself. FUN

I'm using an excal 3 hand held tuner from 5 star tuning -> check vendors-> using a 91 performance tune and afe stage 2 intake, and qtp electric cut out!
