All good except the part about A days drive of a majority of the US population… I never wanted to live east of the Mississippi because of population density…. AZ It’s good right now except for like everywhere else , Texas and Florida , dumb people are moving in and multiplying.

Population density in Tennessee isn't bad at all. Sure, if you drive to Chicago, DC, etc., you'll find it. But here...not so much.

Ture story....a while ago a friend was at a Highway Patrol station in Cali to service some equipment and while getting out of his vehicle an officer approached him and was gonna write him a ticket for tinted windows. So my friend point to all the tinted windows of the cars in the employee parking lot and said fine as long as you write those cars too! The officer made a face and turned around and walked away!
