I like that idea. It would help guys like me with a perfect driving record who get screwed because of where we live.

I pay right around $100 a month for insurance and I am still in that under 24 bracket too. USAA is by far the best I found.

LOL... I am 685 per year, over 50 bracket , multi car discount, and home owners policy discount. Nothing on my record in the last 30 years....

What about a Raptor Mutual Company...

1000 folks @ $1000 a year is over a $1M a year of pooled money to pay claims. Than go out and purchase insurance Inside the Mutual Company...after 5 or 6 years as member increase the pool becomes larger and the premiums would go down substantially...

I am not an insurance guru but just a thought!
