im trying to look back on posts, i know i posted it here. i used the oem bolts on the bottom of the rear bumper and made brackets to fit so there was no drilling. since its led and our reverse lights are filament, the current draw is minimal and doesnt affect the bulb output so i tied one into each reverse light

Nice i was going to look for that info on just using the reverse wires. Did you also fuse them?

Thats what i was going to do with the 2 rigid led cubes i have but figured i could use them elsewhere.

no,. didnt fuse them. the reverse has a fuse already. just tied into power and ground. you could add a 3 or 5 amp fuse if you want. if theres a short between the reverse connection and the light bar then it would go and keep your oem bulb on, but it wasnt that important to me.
