I mean do people really care about a mile or two MPG (or any for that matter) in a Raptor pick-up? I could see geeking out on the Prius forum, but this thread is humorous.

I'm just commenting.

For the record I always use premium fuel and have never looked at my MPG.

...carry on.
You and I both.

This looks like something you’d read on a Prius forum for sure.

And yet, all you need to do is cruise over to the Gen1 forum to find Raptor owners have been whining about MPG’s since 6 August, 2010. One and ONLY gas mileage thread please

Let’s not make this into the gen 1 forum, mkay?

I still feel like the only idiot putting 93 @ every fill up. Gotta make notes on these owners switching fuels and not buy their trucks.
I've only put 93 in for my last 4 Raptors and always will. Ford recommends it for a reason--they are not an Oil & Gas company.

Oh and I could careless about MPG lol.

I'll be using this truck for family vacations as well. I'd like to squeeze every last MPG out on those so I don't have to stop as often. For daily driving, don't care.

I think we all agree on that Prius life. Not for us.
I am somewhat curious now, do they try to make fun of truck guys on Prius forums the way we make fun of them here?
