Um I’ll trade you my C for an E hahah. E is 10ply so you honestly got the more expensive tire. Plus if you hit the dirt and hit any rocks you will wish you had 10ply. I also added a tpms to my spare and rotate it in. Only tire I have left that’s a C is the spare. Honestly Ride confort wise you can’t tell the difference if you set your psi to your comfort level.

I ran KO2's E rated on my 2013 SCREW with 20" wheels. It felt like riding in a yard wagon, but I could fly through a pasture full of mesquite and cactus and never get a flat. May be better to do the swap with the spare so I have an E rated tire in my holster when I start getting flats on a regular basis. I will more than likely end up with all E rated tires in the long run considering I've already had a failure on one of the C rated KO's.

This is why I won’t run E load rated tires on anything but a diesel.

As you experienced, E rated tires on 20s are not ideal for everyday driving comfort. Ford specifically went with C rated to make the truck more compliant on and off the road. You might experience a higher probability of flats, but in most cases they work fine. I run my D rated 37x17” tires at 35 psi and my truck rides better than a stock Raptor. Plus, the small bumps and even concrete curbs are a non-issue. :cool:

NO WAY! if the weights fell off then there would be an adhesive mark. There are several threads about spares not coming from the factory with balanced weights.

BTW .. I purchased my 2013 and 2019 new.

Could they have been knocked loose by the time you looked for them? I make a habit of climbing under the truck and putting tape over the weights as a backup.

That's mainly because of a smaller sidewall, other things (like PSI) being equal.
