but a big zip tie on the tackle box. The way you have it tied, if you hit a g-out or even a 2 foot whoop, The tie-down will hold the lid, while the plastic latches open up and yard sale the contents.

Its an ARB air compressor, (its an extra one).
I have another ARB Twin setup that I took off my Ranger, that Im planning to install on the Raptor. Those items in the Builtright panels will get re-arranged, as soon as I install an aux/ 2nd battery in the bed.

if that has a heavy compressor in it, absolutely cinch it closed in the middle with a zip tie. Toss a small pair of snips int he glove box. I highly doubt that youd want that thing flopping around when the plastic latches fail.

Thanks, but trust me this thing can take a beating, lol. Besides I just lug it around until I can hook up my actual setup.
Its the ARB CKMP12, not as heavy compared to the twin.
I also use these extras to strap them down.
Its not done yet, I’m just starting with the bed mods.

Nice air compressor.
Thanks I have several, one in each vehicle, Viair 450 auto, Viair 400p,(from my jeep days) The portable ARB and the Twin ARB with the 1gal reservoir.
The twin def requires more amps, (hence contemplating a secondary battery) but can handle air tools as well.
Anyway,
This was a pic of my old setup on the Ranger (Traded)
My goal is to hopefully mount the Twin to the Builtright panels in my Raptor.

Is your compressor hosing running through the swing case tool box? That’s a really slick setup

Yes, I modded a swing tool box to accomodate the ARB comp, but it was for my Ranger.
Im gonna try a different mounting option for the Raptor tho.

Very cool. The thing I’m curious about is how much weight can the builtright racks hold before you need to consider bed side supports?

They’re sturdy, and can even hold an eagle pro jack (as shown from their website)
I guess, i’ ll find out, soon as I get the chance to get my comp mounted.
