You screwed over SVC who was responsible for the majority of your sales by adding on one of their competitors as a vendor. Then you made both vendors look even worse by calling them childish.

People are standing around this thread with pitch forks because of you, and the fact sales have TANKED since you started speaking up shows how the consumers feel about your input....

Well, in light of this thread and the responses that have been posted. I've elected to return my Pedal Commander. I wasn't blown away by the product, but it was kind of fun. That fun got drained when I looked at this thread and saw comments from Pedal Commander's marketing rep.

You must be under the very wrong impression that Raptors are a "majority" of our sales, but thats okay.

As I am not the sales manager, I did not "add" anyone as a vendor. Someone else did, and when the competition started going between them, they handled it incorrectly and thought the way to fix it was to tell ALL my vendors (outside of these 2) that no one is allowed to sell below $299.99 anymore.

I saw the storm that erupted as a result and stepped in. My vendors can now sell as they did before this mess, and I have a new sales manager to make sure the problem never happens again.

But I just had to hire 2 more people onto my order fulfillment team to keep filling all the orders we keep getting, but thanks for the concern!

Best selling vehicle, yes. You're #1 on a list of 3,868 applications. The sales in the Raptor category make up about a small fraction of my total sales, thus not being "majority" of my sales. #basicmath
