Well phone pictures definitely don't do the truck justice for sure, but I actually applied the wax over HGG like suggested and it definitely did give the paint extra gloss and depth, and not to mention that extra protection. It doesn't take long to apply and wipe off either, especially when I have my fiancee to help!

Final verdict: I like it!

Picked up the "Pittsburg 3ton" skid from ORW here locally and the jack from Harbor Freight. Many online retailers carry them:
