The nylon part of the nut was not even cut into with threads.

Everyone makes mistakes for sure. I've had great dealings with that shop on an ordering/shipping service level however if you had to tighten multiple bolts then technically they only assembled it and never really finished the job.

When I pay someone to work on my truck I always expect it to be completely finished before giving it back and trust that it's ready to go. I get having to retorque after a good run but falling right off in my opinion is unacceptable

Driving home from work, saw the jeep sitting at the gas station. Just reacted and blocked them in.. My friend Kimber helped keep the kids in the jeep.... Old man at the pump next to the jeep called the police..

@4twenty7 that is the KC light bar I got from @JGov ,thanks bud. went on pretty easy just needed longer hardware for skidplate mount and tow hooks.
