I think with the kit he will get all new parts so no need for taping, the cover up on all the flat surfaces is a good idea when painting in a enclosed area as the over-spray in the air will settle.

New drilled & slotted rotors with new shoes, so overspray on those not an issue.

Shop towels to keep overspray from settling on the flat surfaces...

Drove my Raptor for the first time in nine days! I've been busy so I haven't pulled it out of the garage. I did install my Gorilla Lugs today. SE Wheels look that much better now!

That would block the light beams, might as well cram all of them behind the grill.
