I have experience with all these products from the above companies. I am a huge fan. I like all three but I cannot for the life of me make up my mind in my next pod spot set up.

When it comes to picking the most functional spot light, what’s your opinion/ impression from the above? Who’s the best? Discuss.

If you had to pick one of the above, who and why? :)

Top hoop on my front off road bumper. Might occasionally move to hood mounted when I get a wild hair. Then back to top hoop.

All lights pictured, and many others, I bought through alternative off road. Great vendor.

My only thing holding me back from the XL80’s is they came out in mid 2015. I would hate to buy a pair and then a few months later they get updated LED’s. Like the ONX “high power” to the “plus” for example.

So, I have kinda put BD pods on the back burner. Was kinda leaning towards the VisionX CG2 cannons. I dunno. It’s a big money purchase and I need some more forum input. :)

How many are you going to mount and what size of the CG2 are you looking at? I recently installed some on mine...

I have tabs to accommodate two lights. Was thinking CG2 4.7” single LED. Was thinking 6.7” might be too large......

That’s 5 of the 6.7 inch CG2. You do not want to see the lights when you are sitting in cab, any of the lenses you use will glow and be irritating AF. Found that out on a small set of lights mounted on the UTV.

As you can see I have used 6 squadron lights in the fog pockets and an S8 30 inch bar behind the grill (this will be removed when I do the IC upgrade).

Damn that looks good. You got me thinking 6.7” now. I thought they would look far larger and out of place.

I 100% agree with the snap on cover filter glare. I had some experience with that on a buddy rig.
