Time for 1st oil change!!! Which oil and why!

Thanks in advance for any knowledge! With so many choices I want to make the right one!

1. Pick a brand you like. Amsoil, RP, Motul, M1, Castrol etc.

2. Run it and keep an eye on the level

3. At the oil change, take a sample and have it analyzed

4. If its good according to your vehicle, driving conditions, climate then enjoy

5. If not pick another oil and experiment again

There’s lots of UOA on the net. Personally, I like Amsoil SS and change at 5k miles. My UOA tells me I can go up to about 6200 miles.

I use Blackstone labs. Amsoil does it also. Might be more that I’m unaware of.

Just did my first at 3777 miles. I went with Ford's full synthetic spec from Motorcraft.

Any good synthetic, but put in a Fumoto. I use Amsoil.

Just did my first oil change at 4500 miles with Mobil-1 with OEM filter. Was just as easy of an oil change as any other cars and trucks I’ve owned, not sure why so many guys say it’s a PITA on a Raptor.

So you got no oil all over your skid plates?
It wasn't hard, just messy.
