My Raptor is a 2013, approx. 1300 miles on it. Stage 2 Roush.

About 2 weeks ago I was checking the oil level and saw that the coolant
level in the reservoir was low. The engine was cold (sat overnight) so I
filled it to the max cold line and just figured that maybe they did not fill
it at the factory, and who knows about PDI.

Last night after coming home from work, exiting the truck I could smell
anti freeze. I saw no leaks anywhere, but you could smell it. The tank
was again low.

I stopped by the dealership, they topped it up, and I have an appointment
lined up for Monday and a loaner car waiting for me.

Any thoughts? I'm guessing back of the intake somewhere and it evaporates
before it shows - I just don't know enough about this - I'll have to trust
the dealer unless someone else has had this happen already.

I tried looking but couldn't find it. Another Roush guy had some issues that I believe was coolant related. Maybe someone else will remember specifically.

There was a guy on here that had a problem with coolant on the ground. Turn out to be a bad block casting. Cant remember if they replaced the entire motor.

Fixed. There is a coolant line at the front of the intake under the alternator that had
a bad "O" ring inserted. (from a previous thread). Roush was aware and sent a rep
to the dealership with a supply of new rings. If you have a Roush kit with a clear
O ring, do not use it. The replacements are black and will not leak.

The problem that Roush has is that they don't know which kits have which rings. The dealer had a new kit there to install on a 2014 Raptor, and luckily they checked and it
too had the bad ring. They changed it now to avoid a problem later.

Hope this helps!
