So if the roush or whipple can hit 60mph in close to 6 seconds, what is a CAI, exaust\headers, and tune gonna be able to time in at?

Nope, don't have any plans to spray. You're correct I'm just running
a Roush Kit. But took your calling out the Roush guys as to anyone
with the setup, and not just Roush Raptors. Hell I'm out here to push
the kit and see what it can do. I know what the Roush Raptors come in,
What times are you making with your truck? Didn't honestly know
people were still going with the procharger kits anymore.

I don't know about what even that would be, but next time I'm
home lets do it. Also goodluck finding a Whipple owner to go
I've been looking for the past year, more of a friendly test
not calling them out or anything. But hell if we can find one
we could all run em and make a day and even out of it like
I tried to do last time around. Just let me know what's up.

As for Stang-Hi, there's differant opnions and stories to
everything. I know a lot of guys personally that had work
done and Codys tunes and with including myself now its
all been good. But I've heard a couple complaints from some
people I've run into at Capital but the good outways the two
negatives I've heard.

Nope didn't add the larger heat exchanger its on the list with our last
and final engine mod I'll be throwing on in the next few months. Calling
It good after that. And I'm going to focus on another new build.

Haven't taken my truck to the track. I'll be using **** injection & upping the boost shortly though along with installing JDMs driveshaft & some other goodies.

I think they've gotten the Roush/Whipple ones down around 5.6s if I remember correctly.

I've done both
First 5 star tuner CIA and exhaust, it was wicked!
I wanted more balls so a got Roush to bolt on a supercharger.
For $10,000 it's was the same as before just way wore on fuel and a perdy whistle.
Then 6,000 miles into the supercharger my engine blew!
Finally Roush stepped up and is paying for the bill 4 months later.

Think twice before supercharging
It's sucks not having a truck for 4 months And fighting for a $15,000 motor & labour bill.

So cal
So my truck hits the ground here on the 15 th of the month, my salesman calls me yesterday and says come drive this Raptor with the Roush kit on it.

So i did today , please talk me out of this crazy idea I am having about driving a truck that will break loose every time I go heavy on the right foot.

My plan is to drive this thing for two years then give it to my son on his sixteenth birthday.

he's good in the dirt with my pre runner but will this thing last??
I can get an extended warranty to cover the running gear.
but this truck will be driving back and forth to the river and up and down BAJA.
is it and will it be reliable ?? how many you guys have them with 50000 plus miles and are they still tight?? just asking ??

thx

do you really want to give you'r son a beast like that. he might be good with the pre runner but just think back to when you were 16. if i had a supercharger Raptor when i was 16 i would of been dead or in jail :sunot:.

Roush

Just gotta word that Roush is replacing my motor after four months with a busted truck.
With a supercharge ford declines all warranty and Roush provides $10,000 max coverage as long as the motor is maintained and over revved ( fakked )
