Should I be Concerned

Yesterday my local dealer called me and said they were trading 2023 raptors with another dealer and the one they were getting was spec'd similar to the truck I have on order. I was told the truck was mine if I wanted it. The GM sent me some pictures and in one of the pictures there seems to be a new part sitting in the rear seat. Does anyone know what this is and should I be concerned? Also the other pictures made the truck look dirty like it have been driven on a gravel road and then rinsed off with a garden hose.

Those are the cleats for the bed. They usually put them under the back seat. Normal.
